By accessing or using Switchboard, you agree to these Terms. If you use Switchboard on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Switchboard provides AI-powered customer operations tools including omnichannel messaging, AI workflow orchestration, and a unified company brain. Services are provided “as is” with commercially reasonable uptime.
You must not use Switchboard to:
You own your data. We process it only as instructed. We do not use your business data to train AI models without explicit consent. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days.
Switchboard AI outputs (conversations, document analysis, automated workflow execution) are provided for operational assistance and should not replace professional financial, legal, or medical advice. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Switchboard or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is strictly limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
