How we build a custom pack with you
Day 1-2: Process interview
60-90 minute working session. We walk your existing inbound flow — channels, intake questions, routing rules, handoff points, escalation paths. You describe the business; we map it onto Switchboard primitives.
Day 3-5: Prototype pack delivered
We deliver a working draft pack on a sandbox Switchboard instance. You test it with your real team against messy real-world scenarios. We iterate on the prompts and routing rules until it behaves like your best employee.
Day 6-8: Integration + channel hookup
We wire the pack into your actual systems — your CRM, your calendar, your database, your WhatsApp number, your email. Zero-credential delegation: we never need your root passwords.
Day 9-10: Shadow mode + launch
The pack runs in shadow mode alongside your team for 48 hours. Human reviews every AI suggestion before it sends. When you’re confident, we flip to autonomous mode with human escalation on edge cases.
